It Started Behind a Front Desk
In 2013, our founder opened Hotel Omni Plaza in Jodhpur. Running a hotel in the heart of Marwar meant meeting hundreds of travellers every season — and hearing the same disappointment again and again.
Too many had arrived let down by their tour operators: inflated promises, careless service, drivers and guides no one would answer for, and plans that unravelled the moment something went wrong. The market was crowded with middlemen and short on anyone actually accountable.
So in 2015 we started Omni Holidays — a licensed travel company built to be the operator those guests deserved. One team that lives here, plans your journey end to end, and stays reachable before, during and after it. We put our name on how the trip actually goes, not just on the booking.
